Wellness Rhythm Circles Intro Session

Tune in and tune up your mind, body and spirit with a Wellness Rhythm Circle. This free introductory session gives you a taste of the Wellness Rhythm Circle experience that incorporates drumming, breath work, chanting, movement and guided meditation.
