Wellness Rhythm Circle Series

Tune in and tune up your mind, body and spirit with Wellness Rhythm Circles.
This 3-week series incorporates drumming, breath work, chanting, movement and guided meditation. Each week focuses on a different theme related to rhythm and wellness.
March 11, 18 & 25, 12-1:30pm at The Electric Maid.
Advance registration is strongly encouraged.
Early registration by February 28: $60
Regular registration by March 10: $75
Drop in: $30/session
Drum rental is $5 extra per session.
