Come join this FREE event hosted by the Baltimore County Department of Aging to demonstrate the growing vitality. To start the day, Katy Gaughan of Drumming for Wellness will lead a Drum Circle.
In the second exercise of the morning, Michael Thomas will lead a Tai Chi activity to focus on each of our individual rhythms that add to the whole.
