Family Friendly Community Drum Circle at the library! How fun is it to DRUM in a library, where you’re supposed to be quiet! Drumming is proven to release stress, reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure and increase endorphins. Katy will bring drums or you’re welcome to bring your own. All ages. No experience necessary. This is all about having FUN while making groovy music too! 🥁🙌😊
